Shipping and Handling
Orders normally ship within 1 to 3 business days. Many larger orders are shipped on the same or next business day. Delivery times are estimates. If there are delays in your order, or items are on back-order, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The shipping method for any order is at the discretion of Orders can only be shipped to street addresses where all three shipping methods are able to be delivered.

Expedited Shipping
A variety of expedited shipping options are available for all Continental U.S. orders. Details are provided during checkout. Customers may also use either their UPS or FedEx shipping account numbers and select their preferred shipping option.

Guarantees and Returns strives to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If you have a concern about your order, please contact our electrical support staff. All returns must have a "Return Authorization Number," which will be provided.
In order to qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging and be in resalable condition. Returns will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the product total with a minimum charge of $15, plus any freight charges incurred by the supplier. The customer will not be refunded the initial or return shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect). Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected. If the inspection confirms the reason for return, a refund will be issued. We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of an order.
