The 6289 Noise Reducer filters electrical noise and signals with frequencies above and below the 120KHz signal. The 6289 may be installed at the "noise" or signal source or at the module affected by the interference. Depending on the source of the interference, the 6289 may be wired phase to neutral or phase to phase.
Used to eliminate intereference from appliances, electronic ballasts and home electronics in order to insure top performance from DHC systems.
