Shipping and Handling
OneStopBuy.com orders are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days, allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates, if there are delays in your order or items are on backorder you will be notified via EMail as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx, the shipping method for any order is at the discretion of OneStopBuy.com. Orders can only be shipped to street addresses where all three shipping methods can be delivered.

Allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for delivery over our Standard Ground Shipping. This rate is available for shipments 3 lbs and under within the Continental US, this excludes bulky items exceeding 12" in any dimensions. For shipments heavier than 3 lbs or larger bulky items, freight will be billed at the prevailing rate based on size and weight. Notification of rate will be given for your approval before items are shipped from the warehouse.
Expedited Shipping
A variety of expedited shipping options are available for all Continental US orders. A $25 Small Order Expedited Shipping Fee will be added to all expedited orders under $200.00. Flat rate shipping is available for next day air, 2nd day air, and 3rd day air. Flat rates are available for shipments 10 lbs and under for Continental US, this excludes bulky items exceeding 18" in any dimensions. For shipments heavier than 10 lbs or larger bulky items, freight will be billed at the prevailing rate based on size and weight. Notification of charges above the amounts shown during checkout will be given for your approval before items are shipped from the warehouse.

OneStopBuy.com strives to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If you have a concern about your order, please contact our support staff.
All returns must have a "Return Authorization Number" which will be provided.
In order to qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging and be in re-saleable condition.
Returns will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the product total with a minimum charge of $15 plus any freight charges incurred by the supplier. The customer will not be refunded the initial or return shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part, (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect). Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected. If the inspection confirms the reason for return, a refund will be issued. We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of the order.
