Shipping and Handling
OneStopBuy.com orders are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days, allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates, if there are delays in your order or items are on back-order you will be notified via EMail as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx, the shipping method for any order is at the discretion of OneStopBuy.com. Orders can only be shipped to street addresses where all three shipping methods can be delivered.
Expedited Shipping
A variety of expedited shipping options are available for all Continental US orders. Details are provided during checkout. Customers may also use either their UPS or Fedex shipping account numbers and select their preferred shipping option.
International Shipping
OneStopBuy.com is pleased to offer shipping options for our International customers. Various options are used depending on the size of the order, the destination country, and customer requirements. For more information please review our International Shipping Support Page.
Guarantees and Returns
OneStopBuy.com strives to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If you have a concern about your order, please contact our support staff . All returns must have a "Return Authorization Number" which will be provided.
In order to qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging and be in re-saleable condition. Returns will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the product total with a minimum charge of $15 plus any freight charges incurred by the supplier. The customer will not be refunded the initial or return shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part, (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect). Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected. If the inspection confirms the reason for return, a refund will be issued. We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of the order.

The information you enter during the checkout process will be used to complete your order and to assist us in communicating with you on previous, current, and future orders.
