Hi-I placed an order for, among other things, 2 Leviton Acenti 2-gang wall plates, but I inadvertently ordered one natural color, and one alabaster-which is the one I wanted. I immediately emailed your support department, and received a callback from Steve, who told me that he'd check into fixing the order to 2 alabaster plates. However, the order had already been sent to Leviton, and could not be changed. Steve called me back and told me that the order couldn't be changed-but that you were sending me an alabaster wall plate from your stock-no charge. I am impressed with your customer service! Steve was cordial and remedied the problem, even though this was my error.
